This luxurious villa sits in a quiet and private location, surrounded by pine and oak trees, within the area of l’Oumède. It is wonderfully convenient for Pampelonne Beach, just 2 kilometres away.
The large grounds of 3.5 ha (c.8.5 acres) extend out to the sides and back of the house, and include a private tennis court and a swimming pool, which is gated for the safety of young children. The pool terrace has a covered area at one end with a summer kitchen, and a dining and seating area. Just outside the house and overlooking the gardens and pool is a huge terrace, also with a covered dining area and a barbecue.
The interiors are exceptionally spacious, newly decorated and furnished throughout to a very high standard. The terracotta tiled floors with most furnishings in tasteful beige and whites add to the feeling of light and space.
